Would someone tell me how to remove the stem from Westclox's watches
specifically, their Bull's Eye, Pocket Ben and/or Scotty. It should be
the same in all three. I just can not see how to do it. Thanks for any
help.

Tony

Hi Tony,

Is there a small screw on the back plate just below the winder?

No no, it's a bull's eye watch. Piece of rubbish really, but some people
collect them, or perhaps have sentimental value for them. They are called
'boy-proof', meaning no screws, no removable parts etc. You're not supposed
to service them, but throw them out if they break. I have no idea if the
stem can be removed at all.

I have one - I keep it just because it's by far the lowest grade watch I've
ever seen. IIRC, the pallets are made of plastic. The thing is extremely
loud, not unlike a very cheap alarm clock..

Cheers!

Rob
