It is fermented tea with an ancient history. It was rumored to be in the skin
pouches of Gengis Khan's soldiers. It is popular in the Soviet Union. Go to
a good healthfood store and pick up a bottle and try it. It's got an active
culture so it is probiotic like yoghurt. I am making a plain batch for my
first time but my next batch will have ginger in it.

Sounds interesting!
Julie has heard of it and has tried it locally but hasn't been a frequent
consumer. I'll have to give it a try and see what it's like. The Ginger sure
got her attention. We make our own Ginger tea by simply magic bulleting the
hell out of fresh ginger root.
