Have they stopped selling MAPP gas and replaced it with Map-Pro?

Why did Magna stop selling MAPP® gas?
Magna’s fuel supplier was buying MAPP® gas from the petrochemical
company, Pétromont and Co., who will be suspending their operations
indefinitely on April 30, 2008. Pétromont was the sole manufacturer of
MAPP® gas in the world. Therefore, their decision to stop all
operations has forced the industry to move to an alternative gas.
Magna has chosen to sell MAP-Pro® gas as our alternative.

Did this happen? Has someone else started making MAPP again?

Menards for one has MAPP gas in stock. Is there a problem?

Aparently Worthington and Berzomatic still sell.

Don't know what that (below) link is all about. They said
the transition occurs during March 2008, and so you'd have
seen something happen since then, if there would have been
trouble.

The search returns results for "MAPP-PRO" which is propylene whereas the
original MAPP gas was a stabilized methylacetylene-propadiene and
production was discontinued in 2008. Any of it found will be old stock;
whether there is a hoard somewhere or not I've no idea.
