And yet you blame the HVAC guy? If the homeowner didn't tell
the HVAC guy any more than what was posted here, that certainly
hinders his ability to fix it. For example, if it's a defective
thermostat, that sometimes just doesn't turn on the system once
a day, how exactly is the best HVAC guy going to find that if
it's working when he's there?
