I am an upholsterer. How long have you had the sofa? Were the spots and
raised areas present when you purchased the sofa? Is this the same sofa you
purchased or is it an ordered piece of furniture, based on color/style
samples? Did you choose the furniture in the lighting where it was to be
used? Leather *is* skin. There will be complexion differences from piece
to piece. If its appearance detracts from its appeal, I would ask to speak
to the customer service person or find out who is next in charge up the
ladder on the way to Natuzzi. Their leather is usually pretty consistently
free of defects. Furniture companies HATE to do exchanges, because it is
such a PITA....Usually it's the furniture store that will give you the
runaround, not the manufacturer. The technician may have been advised
(subtly) to not give you much leeway.
Good luck.
