I can't locate any suppliers for the Plastmo line of vinyl rain gutter. I
purchased this product about 7 years ago at the local home improvement
center. They no longer carry this line of gutter and could offer no
suggestions on where I might obtain the parts I need. I have some old
literature with an address/telephone number, but no luck. I have also
searched the internet. Any suggestions? I need about a dozen white gutter
brackets and two down spot brackets.

They are available readily here in Canada at Cashway hardware stores.

Try http://www.plasto.com. Didn't see any dealer locator, but you can
send them a message to find a distributor near you.

They're HOPELESS! There is absolutely NO support for their <<classic>> product line and NO national hardware/building chain wants anything to do with this product. I needed two common parts: (a) a UNION to join two sections of downpipe; and (b) an ELBOW. Their website, after a LOT of digging, does show the ELBOW but you have to KNOW that you must download the .pdf product manual to find the UNION and its part number. Even then, it's IMPOSSIBLE to find ANY retailer (in Eastern Canada at least) who carries the necessary parts. RONA shows the 10-foot GUTTER on their website but RONA will not supply ANY necessary parts!!! How CRAZY is that? I'm surprised PLASTMO hasn't gone out of business given their poor-quality, dysfunctional website and their couldn't-care-less attitude. EASIEST ROUTE IS TO JUST REPLACE YOUR LAME-DUCK INSTALLATION WITH A BETTER PRODUCT WITH BETTER SUPPORT FROM ONE OF THEIR COMPETITORS -- that's what I'll be doing post-haste and GOOD RIDDANCE to them!

Just get a local seamless aluminum eaves trough contractor to spit
you out the length of gutter you require and use industry standard
aluminum downspoutngs. The plastic stuff is virtually ALL junk. It is
produced for the DIYer who doesn't like working with metal and thinks
they can time and money with "snap-together" gutter "kits"

Some of the best "JUNK" I've ever used. Metal roofs in heavy snow country are hard on gutters. My 35 year old PLASTMO is still up, never knocked down. Other brands on my garage and barn take a beating each winter. Unfortunately, no current dealers in North Idaho.
