I saw somewhere he was $50/hr, with or without clothes, you might be on
to something.

Also, the client is expected to buy the materials, never heard someone
say that before, for most jobs the client has no idea of what materials
will be required, the right kind etc., he charges extra if he has to
pick up materials....run, do not walk away from this clown.

He states he is not licensed and cannot contract for more than $500.
Having the customer buy the material keeps him legal

He may be Ok for landscaping or other small jobs, but I'm not going to
hire him to build my nuclear reactor.
