I looked in my breaker box to see if I could tell what AMP rating my house
is and I can't find it. The only numbers I see are 22/10 K.A.I.C. It's on a
sticker on the main breaker at the top of the box. The box was last
inspected in 1990 when the pool was built. We moved in last year.

If it uses a circuit breaker as the main look at the rating on the
breaker. If it uses fuses, pull the main and look to see the fuse rating.

The end of the toggle on the main breaker should tell you (under the sticker

KAIC is a reference to the interrupting duty during a short circuit. It
means your service can safely interrupt K = thousands of "amps interrupting
current." Actual amps of fault current at your drop are likely well below
10,000.

Look on the meter.

It's on the end of the toggle for the main breaker, 100, 200, etc.
