Does anyone have any suggestions for a good looking TV stand that will support
a 36" TV (like a Sony Wega) and have enough bottom space for four components
(preferably side by side on two shelves).

The Wega stand is not wide enough to fit more than one component per shelf, and
other stands like the Belogetti [sp?] is too open (is not enclosed). Does
anyone have any ideas or leads? All replies are appreciated.

Don't forget that a shelf being open has its advantages.
Ventilation for your equipment is one.
Not needing an infrared repeating system, or having to leave your equipment
doors open to use the remote is another.
On that note, check out the NF213 by Sanus Systems. Available in black,
cherry, and maple. With wire management buit in. Simpy Beautiful.

Check out Wood Technology
www.wood-tech.com/
They sell a stand that is made for the XBR.
It's solid wood, sits on 6 heavy duty casters
and most important it holds 6 components.
Glass doors are available. It comes in ebony
or oak. Very nice to deal with over phone.
They lowered price on stand, doors, and
shipping, I paid $290. ordered on Monday
recieved on Wednesday. Very nice piece of
furniture that will hold up the Big XBR's
