Anyone know if the new Pioneer DV-AX10 is/will be capable of playing the
newer multichannel SACDs? I understand that the original SACD players are
only 2 channel units.

as far as i know, that player will only handle the 2ch sacd :-{ ...it's a
shame for such an expensive piece. hopefully it will be upgradeable for
that..

DAMN! That is a bummer! Guess I'll stick with getting the DV-38A for
progressive scan and DVD-Audio. It's allot cheaper.
Maybe SACD won't catch on anyway....
