Looking for feedback on Emotiva's new UMC-200

I have an aging Sony TA-E9000ES Home Theater preamp which is back in the
stone age with S-Video.
I'm aware of the Marantz AV7005 and the Integra DHC-40.2, both of which are
older and a fair bit more expensive.
The downside with the Emotiva is the lack of non-HDMI inputs, but frankly
most of what I have these days speaks HDMI anyway.
Any opinions good or bad would be much appreciated.
