Do DVD repair kits like Skip Doctor and such really work?
I have a DVD that must have a scratch on it. Even though I've looked
and I cant see anything wrong with it. I've used a radial Disc cleaner
on the DVD twice, and still at the same place in the movie the DVD
hangs, chapter 25 of Star Wars Episode II. I don't know if the DVD is
salvagable or not.

Are you sure it's not just the layer change? My damn Sony does it with every
DVD, some pauses are longer than others though.
