WHY does the authorship issue persist?

Suppose a space traveler, after a momentous voyage
of many light years, happened upon our dear Planet
Earth, and, after imbibing from our cool, clear
springs and resting his weary body, were to find
that the greatest works written in the greatest
language on this beautiful planet were written
by a WOOL-OBSESSED SHEEP FUCKER, A LAMB-LICKING
FILTH-MONGER, A MERE SALESMAN OF WOOL PACKS,
TWIDDLING HIS SHILLINGS AND SCRIBBLING
HIS ACCOUNT BOOKS WITH HIS OWN EXCREMENT?

DARE WE PRESENT OURSELVES ON THE GALACTIC STAGE
WITH SUCH IGNORANCE TO EMBARRASS US??

That, my friends, is why the authorship issue
persists, and will always persist, as Dr. Kennedy
and Dr. Crowley and myself have so patiently and persistently
pointed out to you:
