It's relatively active, like Morse code: you see bursts of activity, then none for a time, then more short bursts...

It is - except that everyone has been drawn like moths to
F-ckboo, Shitter, and other such "social media" sites. Traffic
on Usenet and moderated dedicate topical forums has
rapidly dwindled.

Now we have spammers on Automotive forumsasking stupid
questions only a fake account holder could: "Can you tell me
make of this car?" Or, "How much space can I save by storing
things under my seats?"

It's like the weeds are growing up through the concrete!
