Christian Bullies Make Little Pagan Cry
Teenage Girl Terrified by Christian Verbal Abuse
A 13 year-old girl was reduced to tears by a torrent of verbal abuse from
parents and other children at a school concert in Asheville, North Carolina,
reports the Asheville Citizen Times. Shana McNelly, a pupil at Erwin Middle
School, has been subjeted to a vitriolic hate campaign culminating in the
school
concert incident last Tuesday because she comes from a Pagan family.
Her mother, Vannessa McNelly, told how things got out of hand as a group of
Christians surrounded them and jeered that they were "going to hell." School
Principal Andy Peoples stepped in to calm the situation, but McNelly
recalled
how he stood by as her daughter was driven off the stage in tears with
shouts of
"Bye, bye, Pagan. Get out of here." "Going to Hell" The Christians broke
into a triumphant rendition of 'Pie Jesu' as mother and daughter fled.
Outside
in the carpark the Christians continued their harrassment with threatening
behaviour and more verbal abuse. The atmosphere was so heated that it was
necessary for a school official to make sure that the McNellys got to their
car
safely.
On previous occasions Shana McNelly has been driven out of the classroom by
fellow pupils singing Christian hymns as a means of verbally tormenting her.
She
has also received threats of physical violence. Vannessa McNelly was unsure
whether she would be sending her daughter back into this sort of
environment.

[Then these whining Xians actually cannot understand it when there is a
backlash to their mindless cult-like behavior. I'm sure most of them are

Witchcraft and Wicca in the News from WICA.org.uk: Christians Threaten
Trouble at Pagan Gathering

Christians Threaten Trouble at Pagan Gathering
Spirit Gathering of the Tribes Targeted by Local Christians
Christians are threatening to disrupt the 2nd Pagan Spirit Gathering of the
Tribes in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, USA, according to the Daily Press.
Tensions are rising as around 300 Witches and Pagans are gathering on
farmland
outside of Smithfield to celebrate the four-day festival.
Local Christian leaders have amassed their flocks to pray against the coming
Witches. Rev. Daniel E. Gray of the Calvary Baptist Church, hinted darkly
that
there others prepared to do more than just pray to get rid of the Pagans.
Members of his church have already erected billboards on the road into the
farm
proclaiming "The Source of Light is Jesus Christ." Whilst a sign advertising
the
event has had to be chained to the ground following attempts to steal it.
Event organiser Betsy Ashby has been receiving a steady flow of e-mails and
telephone calls objecting to the Pagan gathering. Earlier in the week a
group of
men trespassed on the private land set aside for the event as organisers
were
preparing the site. They had come to tell them about Jesus Christ, said
Ashby.
Larry Bridgers, a member of the Calvary Baptist congregation, insisted that
it
was his duty to "witness" to the Pagans, whilst Ashby only wished that they
could be left alone. Celtic High Priestess, Deborah Foley, was perplexed by
the
attention: "I don't know why they're so afraid of us," she said, adding, "If
they took the time to talk to us they'd find we're all headed for the same
direction."
