Relationships with Herpes Affected

How do people maintain these without problems? If one party is unaffected will the relationship work?

Guess this is the best place to start & I know I`m taking risks.I`m
almost 55 years old; female looking for a guy( rather waiting for love
to come to me) postive for herpes but negative for HIV(can get
documentation & you must,too if interested)just newly diagnosed & if
anyone knows what it really means to have it it not curable(treatment
for symptoms),not lethal,no such thing as 100% safe sex with someone,you
can unknowingly have it from the first time you had it sex till when you
die & even if you`re asymptomatic you can transmit the virus to another
person something I couldn`t in good concious do.I didn`t know how common
it is:1 in 9 men & 1 in 5 women have it & don`t know they do!
Having established that I have a mood disorder,anxiety,some phobias &
ADHD all being treated with prescribed drugs.I`m disabled by my anxiety
over ``stomach troubles``(IBS) so I`m not working though I have a B.A.
in Chemistry so I have limitations(hard to make plans & don`t like to
travel too far)I live in Union County,N.J. about 45 min. from NYC by
train.Lost 2 boyfriends within 7 months of each other in 2010(one was
the love of my life;with him 24 years but he wound up in a nursing home
in 2004 & died at the age of 58~the other had a tragic accident & died
at 44~I mourn greatly the two but I have to go on & having a good guy
would really be the ``cure``
If this was the usual personal ad this is how it would
go:looks~5`11``,148 lbs,black hair & ivory skin(told I looked like Cher
when younger & Morticia which I take as a compliment;not Goth~not
heavily made up & I don`t wear black nail polish)personality~both very
extroverted & introverted at the same time,intellectual but down to
earth,Music most important~Led Zeppelin freak but playing classical
piano for 50 years & love the blues & Celtic music & modern jazz but not
too modern ex.Miles Davis,Herbie Handcock,Chick Correa(jazz/rock
fusion),I got the ``gift of gab`` but can be a good listener,too(this
sounds like a drag but it`s real that most friends have died,always had
more male than female friends(was very close to my late dad & my
interests(many) guys tend to be more interested in.I have done art,do
better photography(love Nature) & have written 2 short stories.Now to
the physical,if that should happen~very important to me when accompanied
by love or at least affectionate caring~sex(which I`m really in need of)
& sensuality,too is a very emotional experience for me as well as the
physcal~if it were simply physical I can satisfy myself~I NEED THE RIGHT
MAN~I`d look for qualities about myself in a guy~have a thing for guys
with long red hair but very hard to find(only 4% globally) extremely
,attracted to Celtic or Anglo or Scandinavian guys or at the other
extreme Hispanic/Spanish/Portuguese but I can`t be so picky with
herpes,right?but my guy must love to laugh & make me laugh,doesn`t need
to have money;just want to have a good time.Love to shoot pool but I
don`t have a car now & it sucks that I can`t smoke anywhere.Had 3
alcoholics & had enough!I drink lightly.Casual drug use not a problem
but it depends on the effect it has.THINK I SAID WAY MORE THAN
ENOUGH~friends without lovemaking welcome,too~need companionship &
people to talk to & hang out with(I`ve never known loneliness & social
isolation til those 2 guys died.(I love to give & receive affection &
attention maybe cause I was ``Daddy`s little girl`` or just maybe
