I do not sleep for more than 3 hours in the night.
Then I go to the garden for a walk at 5 am.
Then I go to the garden for a walk at 5 am.
Meet my friends in the garden.
The next day I take more Tegretol (the standard dose for me now) to
prevent going out of control.
