I am assuming this is one of the Florida resorts that have lost their
AANR charter.

Still it doesn't help the cause by having this lady call the place she
lives in a "nudist" resort.

I lived in South Florida from the early 1960's. When the oil embargo
hit South Florida, the total absence of Tourism closed a lot of
legitimate business. Some reading this may remember.

Open Prostitution was tolerated by the Authorities, to the point of
coitus being performed on stage, at many theatres that had no other
attraction. South Florida was desparate for Tourists, it's only true
Industry. Some were quite raw, with underaged "Flamingo" dancers
walking around couples performing in various scenes of intercourse.
These kids were the ones abandoned by their Parents on Sunrise Blvd.
in Fort Lauderdale, with no help to go to at all.

Prostitutes roamed the aisles during these 'shows'.

The most Notorious of these establishments was the "Living Room" in
Fort Lauderdale, built with the 'stage' circled by bar mini-tables and
chairs, 20 or 30, rising above it.

This business is a Survivor from those days, I'd imagine, because the
'shows' still exist.

Gasoline in South Florida would cost above $10.00 a gallon there, in
today's Dollars. It was really bad....
