Namasthe,

Yes, you can make an arishta using any number of herbs if you follow
the process protocol meant for arishta correctly. But, ayurveda has
many rejuvenative arishtas already prescribed in ancient text of over
5000 years old. they have been used over several centuries and time
tested for its rejuvenative properties. For eg. Ashvagandharishta
uses all ingredients you mentioned except Ginseng and ginko which are
not of indian origin. You may use Ashvagandharishta for rejuvenation
requirement.
It is not advisable to select herbs at random and think of making
arishta.
Also, if you are thinking of rejuvenation in particular, you may
consider Rasa preparations like Swarnaghatitha Makaradwaja for fast
rejuvenative action.

Thanks.
Dr. Chandralatha
