How to make flower essences

I have some notes I took from some books that make a good reference for the
subject of flower essences and thus the making of rock, gem and metal
essences as a reference. My original misconception of flower essences as
"Tinctures" is probably for the same reasons as a lot of people. It was not
until I came across Dr. Bakers books did I realise the importance of the
underlying concept.
The chinese taoists had a saying: "Catching the morning dew" and his
statements on flower essences really drove this point home.

In Seven Pillars of Ancient Wisdom: Vol III part I on the subject of Etheric
vitamins he says:

"The exposure of pure water to sunlight filtered through colors stimulates
production of Etheric vitamins of different qualities: Water, solarized by
violet light, for instance, would tend to produce those vitamins suitable
for wound healing.... green light is more appropriate in its solarising
effects, for nerve and muscle disorders. "

"Trees like the Eucalyptus and Pine produce, through their transpiration,
recombination’s of prana which, as vitamins, are especially beneficial to
man. The wonderful flower remedies of Dr. Bach were originally created
through the effect of the rising sun on globules of dew lying on the
surfaces of certain wild English country flowers...."

"...Remembering the unusualy property’s of water and the accumulator-effect
of symmetrical shapes (especially the sphere), the ways in which nature
produces and stores Etheric vitamins, as in spheres of dew, become
conceivable. Pure water, distilled water and dew have tremendous absorptive
powers."—Seven Pillars of Ancient Wisdom: Vol III part I

From the book Esoteric Healing: Stress disorders he describes how to make
the essences. There are a few key points that I’ve not read in other places:

"Buds contain the vital forces of the plant, and one picks the freshest buds
without blemish of any kind, the very best which the plant is bearing (never
any wilted blooms). Be especially careful that the flowers are free from
pests. Gathering the specimens must be done on a clear, sunny morning before
nine a.m if possible. The flowers are then placed in clear water oin full
sunshine for three hours or until the blossoms begin to wilt..."

"Time will show that the shape of the glass container in which flowers are
placed for potentiating, is important and will give subtle harmonics to the
remedies being elaborated in them...."

" ...Thus a gold-fish bowl would impart concentrating qualities to a remedy
produced in it the standard way described on page 113 (above), but a
cubodial glass jar would, no doubt, give a more diffusive action to the
remedy under the Ray of Active Intelligence."

Earlier he says: "In section I, we noted how energy is accumulated in any
shape that is symmetrical. The quality of the energy varied according to the
shape of the accumulator. A shape that is spheroid gives potency to the
energy within it that has qualities along a particular ray, the ray of will
and power in this instance".
