Shot fired when neighbor feud escalates

PINON HILLS • A Pinon Hills man is behind bars for attempted murder
after allegedly shooting into his neighbor’s home following an argument,
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials said.
Baron Smith, 47, became involved in an disagreement with his neighbor
Sunday and it escalated, Jodi Miller, spokeswoman for the sheriff’s
department, said. According to reports, the neighbors had been feuding
for some time.
“This is an ongoing fight and this time it accelerated to that level,”
she said.
Authorities received several reports of a man shooting toward a house in
the 2500 block of Olivera Road at about 6:30 p.m., according to Miller.
When deputies arrived, they learned Smith had gone back to his home
across the street from where the shooting had taken place. Officials
went to the home and arrested Smith.
The Pinon Hills man was booked into Victor Valley Jail for attempted
murder. He’s scheduled to be in court Wednesday.

Terry Rossio.

have stated that Frank Rossio (kk6fr) will own Baron Smiths property,
and all have used a gang like mentality against Smith.
There is some collusion with the individuals above and Frank Rossio to
illegally obtain Smiths property. The individuals above should be
investigated.

point one - Rossio owns the defunct FG Bestcommunications, a compay
that entitles him to dangerous chemicals and may be fraudulently using
his business license to claim tax exemptions. In August of 2010 AD8Q
Kevin Caprio, purchased some equipment from kk6fr and fell deathly ill
shorty thereafter.
point two - ke6ynh, Tom from San Diego got into a big argument with
kk6fr about November of 2010 on 3840. Both Frank Rossio and Ruff
threatened to drive down and kill Tom, well in December 2010, passed on
from mysterious causes. Ironically when the two silent keys died, Frank
exhibited no apathy and even praised their deaths. In regards to Smiths
arrest he bragged about it and mentioned "his (Smiths) property is as
good as gold his (franks)." Something is going on! Frank Rossio and his
clan of cohorts needs to be investigated. He is nothing but a braggart,
a bully, threatens people and exhibits a schizoid personality.

Obviously an alias, like I use, the alias *Mr* Nomen Nescio is much too long for my meager typing skills so I will simply call *him* by a different alias from here on out. I was thinking along the lines of Tom, Dick, Harry, Johnson, Justin or maybe Sally. But I would not want to offend anyone else that is named likewise, so let's just call *him* Sock Puppet, or Sockey, or maybe Socki for someone of the female gender. Naw, I'll call *him* Socki anyway. Why Sock Puppet? Simple, a sock puppet has to have someones hand up it's backside to appear animate, so Sock Puppet or Socki in this case, it is.
1. First, discussing potential ownership of a property due to a lawsuit hardly falls under the term "gang mentality". We were not planning to raid Mr Smiths "compound", lynch him, rape his wife or even abduct and sell his children/child. As a matter of fact, nothing ever happened. It was actually fantasy talk, a thought exorcise or other such jibber-jabber to have fun with and a way to get others to comment on. I would say the last function worked with Socki quite admirably.
2. Owning a communications repair shop dose not entitle one to highly dangerous chemicals in any amount that would be deadly to a human being on contact, unless you are going to actually drink a significant quantity of contact cleaner, penetrating oil or toilet bowel cleaner from the restroom. Seeing as how they all probably taste rather foul, I doubt you could die from them. Which brings me to my next point:
3. Yes, *Charles* Kevin Caprio, AD8Q, did purchase some equipment from Frank Rossio on or about August 2010. It was a KLM KT-34 10M - 20M Amateur Radio antenna. Now unless he ground up a large portion of the aluminum it is manufactured of, sprinkled a layer a quarter inch thick on his pizza and ate it, I don't think that the purchase of said equipment led to his demise. As opposed to the diabetic coma he actually fell into.
4. Socki is just all out lying on this one. No one ever, at any time even hinted about driving to San Diego to assault Tom, KE6YNH, No matter how irritating and politically correct he could be.
5. Cosmos real name is Mike, KI6ZPR, not John, KI6GPR. So if Socki had an IQ above that of a pencil eraser, he could have looked that up on QRZ, HamCall or even the FCCs web site for himself instead of having me correct him here in his own article, and I use that term loosely.
People like Socki should also be investigated for a few civil or criminal offenses like defamation of character, inciting terrorist activities, breaking and entering a private computer network, all of which he may yet be charged with. For what it's worth, he was fired from his job by daddy for the same kind of things, AT A POLICE STATION, of all places. He also hacked into a couple of private networks owned by Frank and his brother. Of course I'm the one he should blame for exposing that threat before he could inflict damage. All he has left is spamming us through re-mailers, like that's a real intellectual feat. But we all arranged to have all re-mailed email unceremoniously sent straight to the old bit-bucket so we never see it, but he still tries. He fancies himself as some kind of Uber Haxor, but the best he'll ever be is a generic Script Kiddy.

How do I know that this is the same person? Easy, like body language, it's very difficult to hide online behavior in type written messages. Socki, you can use pirated word processing applications to hide your pathetic grammar, but you can't hide arrogance and narcissism, no matter how much you try. As time allows, I'll be sure to look for more of your whining here. You should have kept your literary cake-hole shut, but no, you could not drop it like we did, so now you pay. I'll always be able to ID your screes and win in a literary, and physical, butt kicking contest every time.
