yeasu FT-77 regulator pcb help

Hi
my ft-77 has a fault on the regulator pcb it has lost the 13.8 volts
on tx and rx, i have replaced to 2 x 1watt resistors that often fail,
but now i have found a power transistor blown, would anyone have any
spares for this radio, ie. reg board
or 2 x 2SB772 power trannys in a to-126 package
