Alinco DR-635 Intermod Issues

Hi,

I was given an Alinco DR-635 dual band (2M & 70CM) radio with cross band
repeat feature. This radio could not transmit due to a defective driver
MOSFET. I repaired the radio.

Note: I am a service technician on TVs, VCRs, stereos, etc.

I live near a large city and this radio has intermod issues (unwanted
signals due to mixing) that are heard on many of the 2 meter frequencies
I have programmed in this radio.

Is there a modification available for this radio that would at least
reduce this intermod issue?
