Hello, I am having a problem with this Galaxy 33 HML, maybe someone has had
the same problem, the wattage goes up and down, it will swing about 20 watts
for a while and than it will drop down to 10 watt, and latter it will start
swinging 20 watts again, can anybody give me an idea of what that could
be,,,,TIA

Generally speaking, I would guess a power source fluctuation. Radio output
as a rule does not "pulse" due to an internal problem unless the power
supply is faulty. Parts that fail in consistency usually just fail.
