Is there a formula or table for converting FM quieting (in this case .2uV
for 12dB SINAD) to noise figure? I was toying with the idea of getting a
preamp for my 2M rig. Preamps are usually spec'd by noise figure (and gain).
I want to know if my receiver is already as good as the preamp? The owner's
manual just says "better than .2uV for 12dB SINAD".
