The FCC has issued report and order FCC0960149A

released October 10, 2006. This authorized U.S. Amateurs to transmit images
in the 80 through 10 meter RTTY/Data subbands in the MFSK mode. It has been
a long time coming. The only software that can send/receive picturea in
either Full color/BW is MixW which you can download off my Website which is
