Permanent Pubic Hair Removal????

My bf and I shave our pubic hair. Those little
suckers growing back within two days. My bf started to pluck his hair
and it takes two weeks until the stubbles grow back.

We want to permanently remove the follicles (I consider this as body
modification), but electrolysis takes a very long time and creams (nair)

easily burns the skin and is not permanent. I wax my bikiniline, but he
can not use wax on his scrotum.

Does anybody has experience with such radical removal of hairfollicles
and succeeded? Is there a chemical that attacks directly follicles
without destroying the skin?

Please help me out here.

The only way to permanently rid yourselves of unwanted hair is through
electrolysis or laser hair removal. These procedures destroy the
follicles, rather than remove the follicles. Removing follicles would
require removing the skin.
