Permanent Hair Removal??

Just wanted to know if anyone had any info about this particular type
of laser hair removal and the claim that it is trully permanent.

http://www.phrcenters.com claims that they can permanetly remove hair
with the LightSheer Diode Laser. I called them and they asserted that
it is definately permanent. I'm skeptical but maybe someone else has
had experience with it or knows who to contact to substantiate that
claim?

I checked into laser hair removal on my chin and lips but decided not
to have it done. Was told it will only work on those hairs that have
pigmet and most of mine are blonde so it wouldn't work anyway.. Plus
it was like $165 per treatment and several treatments were recommended.
So I'm back to plucking and tweezing again. It's awful, the older I
get the hairer I get!!!

Exchange ideas on practically anything (tm).
