Facial hair - need advice

Dear all,

I am looking for advice on the best way to get rid of facial hair. I
am a female and have always had black hair on my upper lip and on the
chin.

I was removing it using Braun depilator, however recently some hairs
started to grow really coarse, and the only option to get rid of them
is tweezing. This is a horrendous picture, plus some hairs develop
inflammation and/ or grow under the skin :(

I want to get rid of this hair permanently. What is the best way out
for me? I want to 1) make it really permanent, 2) make it safe (I
heard horror stories of lazer burning skin etc) and 3) would be nice
to spend not too much money on it.

Could you please recommend the best option for me. I also would
appreciate if someone could advise a reliable professional in Calgary,
AB, Canada.

I've been using a home electrolesis kit by GE for about six month now. I
don't know how effective it is compared to having it done professionally,
but I have had really good results. I have relatively light facial hair,
and at least for me it works well. I hope I could help.
