Here are 3 recipes I have on hand. They vary slightly. You may need
to experiment with the measurements.
Sugar paste can be made and used at home. Here's how:
Mix the juice of half a lemon with one cup of sugar and a ¼ cup of
honey.
Heat the ingredients in the microwave or on the stovetop until they're
boiling. Be sure to stir occasionally so that the ingredients don't
burn.
Let the mixture cool. This takes a while, but patience is important.
Molten sugar will cause trauma that'll make a fuzzy chest seem minor.
Wash and dry your skin to remove excess oil before you apply the
sugar.
Once the sugar has cooled down to room temperature, spread a thin
layer on the desired area with a plastic spatula or popsicle stick.
Smooth a thin piece of cotton cloth (strips cut from sheets work well,
too) over the sugar. Rub the strip in the direction of the hair growth
several times.
Hold the surrounding skin tightly with one hand and grab the end of
the cotton strip, quickly pulling the cloth away from your body, in
the direction opposite hair growth (this is more important on legs and
underarms than on chests).
Repeat the application and removal of the sugar until all of the
unwanted hair is gone. You may have some red bumps that last for a few
hours after you've finished. This is normal. If the paste gets too
cool to spread, you can reheat it; just be sure to let it cool to body
temperature. Sugaring should keep hair off for six to eight weeks, and
you may notice that re-growth is finer and less coarse.

Several people have reported good results using it. Good luck.
3 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups water
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Put all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan....bring to a high boil.
Leave it at a rolling-boil for about 2 minutes....then back off heat
(so it's definitely still boiling, but a calm one.) WATCH THE COLOR at
this point......I timed it (for the 25th time, lol) and it took about
25 minutes for it to turn to a LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN. Next LOWER the heat
to a simmer (definitely still bubbling/simmering now...)in another 20
minutes or so, the color will change to a definite BROWN. TAKE OFF
HEAT IMMEDIATELY. Let it calm down and cool a bit in the pan, and then
pour ingredients into a HEAVY tupperware-type container (HEAVY ONE,
anything else will melt.) after cooling at room temperature....spoon
out a piece and stretch it/twist it like taffy. You will find that it
is very pliable, take a piece and stretch it out about 3in long and
2in wide....and press it down wherever you choose(in the direction of
hair growth) and rip that baby up!

Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1) Mix all together.
2) Boil until it reaches 250º F or at softball stage (as in when
making jelly or candy).
3) Pour into a jar.
4) Microwave for about 10 to 20 seconds to soften.
5) Test and make sure it is not too hot before using this.
6) Powder area to be waxed.
7) Spread with direction of hair growth. I recommend using small
scraps of cotton fabric to cover the area you are to wax, then when
cooled, slightly pull fabric off against growth
