Freshman sentenced for death of her newborn.

First it was the English Au pair(nanny)
who was allowed to go home to England
after killing a child in her charge. Now
a college freshman is given only 2 1/2
years after killing her newborn. The value of a life isn't worth spit
anymore.

In America every third baby dies from abortion ...

Before you get to judgemental there is something call post pardom
depression
that new mothers get and it sometimes causes them to kill or injure
their babies.

Americans aren't well versed in the existence or understanding of this
illness but it frequently leaves mothers unale to cope and can even
cause psychosis.

Although I think we should examine each case very closely I don't think
that most normal, healthy mothers want to kill their babies and I think
a certain amount of compassion is needed in dealing with a mother that
has been through this.

I believe women in severe post pardom depression cannot help harming
their babies because of the disease, she has become temporarily insane
from the condition. European nations are much more understanding of
these types of crimes and usually submit the woman to counceling instead
of lengthy prison stays.

Hi. This is a great study and it is VERY helpful. I did it and I got $15 in Amazon giftcards! I encourage everybody to do it.

Writing Study Through Loma Linda University

"Are you interested in participating in research to improve the lives of those who have suffered a stressful or traumatic event? If so, please go to http://expressyourself.cancri.net to find out more about the study and see if you are eligable to participate. If you should decide to participate, you would be randomized to one of five different conditions and would be asked to write for 20 minutes a day on 3 consecutive days of your choice about a previous traumatic event. You would also be asked to complete an online questionnaire which takes approximately 30 minutes to complete before starting to write and after a brief period after completion of your 3 days of writing. Those who complete the study will be eligible to receive up to $15 in gift cards to Amazon.com"
