hello,
intend to buy hardware intel based which will fully support
OS Lion.
i am completelly new, so i ask:
what do you suggest: how much memory to buy?
which hardware (motherboard, cpu, ram, GPU etc) are completelly funcional
with OS Lion?
finally, i found many Lions, but they are in spanish or russian.
where to get it in english?

As much as you can afford / the hardware can accept. It also depends on
what you intend doing. A simple user can capably use any Mac with the
memory it ships with. A "power user" will need more.

On a side note: Do NOT buy memory from Apple. It's over-priced, even when
you include installation. RAM is one of the few things easily
user-changable in all Macs, but make sure it's the right type of memory
for your particular Mac.

Any of the latest models sold on Apple's webstore.

There is a rumour of a new "Mac product" coming before Christmas, but
nobody quite knows what that may mean.

I'm not sure where you are, but the cheapest way to get Apple computers is
during their Black Friday sale. Technically that's an American sales event
at Thanksgiving, but Apple's webstore discounts it's prices in many other
countries on that day too. Even cheaper (not by much) is to buy at
educational prices, if you qualify.

Mac OS X is multi-lingual. You simply choose you language in the
Preferences and / or installation process.
