I was looking for a serial number or crack for this, but couldn't find one so I made one myself:
Website:
https://burningthumb.com/apps/virtual-cd-mac/
Download:
https://burningthumb.com/download/virtualcdrw/latest/virtualcdrw.dmg.zip
Version 2.0.3 crack:
Open /Applications/VirtualCDRW.app/Contents/MacOS/VirtualCDRW in a hex editor
Find:
4889DFFF15778F00000FB6C083F80175
2A488B05D0960000498B3C06488B05CD
Replace it with:
4889DFFF15778F00000FB6C083F80075
2A488B05D0960000498B3C06488B05CD

I forgot to note the original MD5 and SHA1 hashes:
MD5 = 09a6824d4676f01e0db5339d3ea2f168
SHA1 = 797ff7f3fe5d5af734442be12c4a598cc6712a6c
If your original hash does not match, the crack might not work.

And the MD5 and SHA1 hashes *after* cracking:
MD5 = 300c7408881f6e1607c8ea912a99437b
SHA1 = 8351b8ac27956069a3c7cea6e90c954e37cb4285
(you only need to check one of the hashes, either MD5 or SHA1, you don't have to check both)
