How to get around surfCONTROL

I'm on Win NT SP4 at work. When I try to use Any Netscape browser or
I/M to connect to the internet, a program called surf CONTROL stops me.
It can be found at http://www.surfcontrol.com/
Is there any way around this program. Also, when I use IE 2.0 that was
left on the machine, it connects just fine to the internet. I tried to
update IE but can't, due to not having Admin Privileges.
Any help with this?
