It is a fairly older page (about 6 months), but supplies some good
information on this subject. If you have any ID templates, or make any
IDs that you wish to trade Email the person at the bottom of the page for
trading info.

First, you need someone of legal age that has a valid driver's licence
and is willing to participate. Obtain that person's social security card
and birth certificate. Go to a DMV and tell the nice idiots there that
you lost your licence, and need a duplicate. They will ask you for you
birth certificate and soc. sec. card. (if they ask if you remember your
old driver's licence #, tell them you don't know it.) They may ask a few
more questions, like if your address had changed, or i have heard that
they ask what state you were born in. (i don't know why, but they do).
For the most part, all you do is fill out a paper with your address,
d.o.b. and shit like that, and sign a piece of paper. (be sure to use
your bud's info!). After that, they take your picture and tell you to
sit down. After the licence is done, you get called to get in the
checkout line to pay (about $8?). They show you the licence and ask for
the dough. The licence will then be mailed to your friend, with your pic
on it...
I understand that this may vary from state to state, and I am just
telling you peoplez that it IS easy, but is it ALSO a crime with a phat
penalty if you fuck up and get caught. 2 of my friends have accomplished
this with no hassles.
