They've done this guy up in classic AHM style... posted more info on
him than his own mother has... phone numbers, family, address, house
pictures, everything you could imagine. Seriously, they're already
printing up "Don't be a Winzel" bumper stickers. They've literally
made this clown famous world wide in a matter of days. It's linked on
about a BILLION boards. This is just too funny.
...I should trash that fuckin board...it's not that I side with that
Winzel Poofter, it's just I don't much like how the board owner is
trying to cash in on the whole thing...did you read all those "SEND ME
MONEY" posts? In my opinion the board owner is no different from
Winzel.

Too funny.
He pretty much fucked himself...that's generally what happens though
when you're a scam artist who thinks you're not doing anything wrong.
He should have just sent the d00ds money back and kept his mouth
shut...or faked the evidence needed to cover his scam artistry to at
the very least provide ambiguity.
It sounds to me like the guy was selling something he didn't have on
hand though, but then when he got the money he found he couldn't buy a
new set of gears for the money the guy sent so then he thought he was
justified in asking for more money...the lesson to be learned here is
don't sell shit that you don't have on hand.

No, it's even better than that. Even *you* couldn't fuck yourself this
royally.
Dude sells part for 115 (125 plus 15 shipping, which buyer pays)
Dude cashes check for 115, says he meant to sell it for 140
No part
For a month
Then it's discovered, he's ripped off a shitload of other people too.
THEN he cuts dude some kind of money order that bounced. BOUNCED.
And this is on pretty much every car
enthusiast/hobbyist/casualseller/parts site, damn, everywhere now.
Fucked. Big F, no KY.
Ohp. Take this back. It took a while but it finally cleared.

Regardless, still fucked , big F, no KY.
The internet is not kind to douchebags.
the way all this was handled though is seriously messed up.
yeah the kid fucked up , and yeah he did it multiple times probably
thinking it was one big game to get a few extra bucks. what he did was
wrong and im sure he knew that going into doing this. but you have to
think about a few things and how much a person at his age should
experience about the punishment. he is 19 years old he started doing this
when he was 18. i dont know about you but i think alot of people have done
some dumb things when they were young. i think he should have been talked
to and someone should have called his parents to set things right, and
possibly ask his parents to help thier son rectify the problem and to help
him realize that this behavior of his can lead to much worse things, and
make sure everyone who was ripped off by him gets thier money back. where
people crossed the line was when they started calling his house
threatening him of either killing him or causing him great bodily harm.
here is what is seriously wrong with that. the kid in the state of ca
committed a fraudlulant act via the internet, which constitutes stealing ,
the amount that was stolen was 115 dollars, that initself is a petty
misdameanor. what these people did by calling and threatening him was much
much more serious. it is not harrssment when threats to someone that are
threats of great bodily harm or death threats, those aze called
terroristic threats and considered not only part of the homeland security
act, but it is a state and federal statue and rule. it is a felony and can
be punishble for simple threats to an individual up to 3 years in prison ,
and up to a 25,000 dollar fine or both. now you tell me, what that kid did
was worse then what was brought onto him by threats. trust me if this got
to the hands of the police , the people that made the threats would be in
jail . im not saying its right what he did but it was much worse that was
done to him afterwards. and to post things of other people besides him and
to do it in a way to publisize it without the persons permission is an
invasion of privacy, exspecially in the way it was done in these posts.
someone needs to start posting every bit of info about allt hose people
because i know all those people posting have done some stupid shit in
thier lifetime. so i am going to make it a mission to post all thier info
in another post wait for it .
got ya numbers wrong noodles ;P
Asked for 100 + 15p&p
Meant to ask for 125+15p&p (140)
Recieved a check for 115 and cashed it then demanded more ;P

First day it opened I went down there, was doing a few laps and pulled
over and the manager comes over to me and says "Oi, mate! No
professionals." I said I'm not a professional. He said "Well, you should
be with moves like that you could be the best in Britain". I said, "No
thanks I'm making shit loads from computers".

B.S.
The piece of garbage got what he deserved.
He ripped a dude off for $115. In the course of reading the whole thing,
at least two other people were claiming how he ripped them off on the
site. Links to about 4 or 5 other pages where he'd done the same thing.
Assuming 115 each time, that's like 800 bucks. Now it's not just a few
extra bucks. Real people conducting a transaction, giving him their
money in his bad faith dealings. And he was using the internet's
relative anonymity, which he found out, isn't quite as anonymous as he
thought it would be, to help cover up what he'd done, and if they did
nothing, he'd still be doing it.

It's a harsh lesson but don't be a douchebag ripoff guy and it won't
happen.

He had plenty of chances to stop until then. He took advantage of
exactly 0 of them. I don't feel sorry for him at all.
> where
> people crossed the line was when they started calling his house

Neither you nor I know what was really said except in posts that
described them. However, I'd suspect that our imaginings would be
similar. The victim and others repeatedly said, they don't want anything
like that to happen to the kid, they want to teach him a lesson. And
have him cough up the illicit dough.

But scammers count on that. Too much hassle for too little gain back, so
people say screw it. Well, not this time.

You forget also that he egged on this behavior. He didn't just say sorry
and hole up and then people started going apeshit on him. He was a
douche throughout the entire thing.

Wouldn't have broken my heart none if the legal machinery happened to be
reading about it and decided to do something.
> trust me if this got
> to the hands of the police , the people that made the threats would be in

The cops were already involved at some point and I think people did back
off from that then. And to be honest, if someone gets tagged because
they were stupid and made threats like that, I don't have any sympathy
for them either.

By the same token, he was doing things that were illegal and unethical.
Would you prefer that the media get involved and break the story and
outed him that way? Then he gets to have some grandstanding DA all over
him, and gets his life ruined another way, instead of just having to
cough up the money, which he finally did. He opened up his own world of
hurt. And it's gonna suck for him bigtime, but in the end, he did it to
himself by being a douchewad scammer.

It sounds like he had to give back dude his money and he probably won't
get into the naval academy. And everyone online that he could possibly
deal with knows he's a shitbag now. Nobody's beaten him up, nobody's
killed him, nobody's done shit other than talk shit, like people do on
the internet.
Didn't I just say that? Oooh. 125 + 15 shipping. I included both
automagically. My bad.
But you got the order wrong. He cashed the check first.
Christ, I sound like a housewife watching soaps. I'm stopping here.
