Hey, has anyone figured out how to have multiple copies of AOL Instant
Messenger on the Mac open? I've tried every possible thing I can think of,
from changing the port number to modifying the resources. Any help would be
appreciated...even tips on how to do it in Windows. Please email me at
junkm...@mac.com.

Thanks,

have you simply tried to create multiple copies of it on your HDD with
different names (AIM1, AIM2 etc) and then try and use them all at the
same time?

This will do nothing. It is possible to run two AIM clients on your computer.
You must hex edit them though to get them to work. Look for information on the
internet as it is out there.

Also, try using the Java version of Instant Messenger with another version.
That should work as well.
