Multiple Proxy Setup

You know ... all these proxies are great but what whould be even better is
if i knew how to setup a "Multiproxy" system ... just for the hell of it.
Yet alas i cannot seem to find any good file on how one would set up such a
system. Are there any good progs? I have tried "multiproxy" from
multiproxy.org but find it lacking ... any suggestions, recommendations, and
the such would be appreciated ... thanks.
