I thought all that was required to be a 'gun loon' in Willie World was

I rather like the idea of you being a lesser ape sitting in a cage
scratching his nuts and throwing feces through the bars but I've been
reading your stuff for a while Fred. Hey, blame the doc for dropping
you on your head during delivery. Too bad the Feres doctrine keeps you
from getting damages.
