ZIMMERMAN HANDGUN INITIATVE
This initiative is inspired by GEORGE ZIMMERMAN, who has the
dubious honor of STALKING and BLOWING AWAY an unarmed 17- year- old-
who was minding his own business while walking a public sidewalk with
a bag of chips in one hand and a soda pop in the other !
PURPOSE
UPON BECOMMING FEDERAL LAW THIS INITIATIVE WILL FOREVER RELIGATE THE
HANDGUN TO AN EFFECTIVE ,NON-LETHAL, DEFENSIVE WEAPON IN THE HANDS OF
THE LAW ABIDING CITIZEN AND AN IN-EFFECTIVE WEAPON IN THE HANDS OF A
CRIMINAL.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
THIS INITIATE DOES NOT OUTLAW THE POSSESSION OF A HANDGUN NOR THE
POSSESSION OF LETHAL AMMUNITION. It outlaws the possession of BOTH A
HANDGUN AND ANY LETHAL AMMUNITION AT THE SAME TIME EITHER ON ONE'S
PERSON OR IN A VEHICLE -WHEN ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
ON PUBLIC PROPERTY,- NO LETHAL AMMUNITION OF ANY MAKE OR CALIBRE ,IS
ALLOWED TO BE LOADED IN A HANDGUN, NOR ACCOMPANY A HANDGUN ON ONE's
PERSON OR IN A VEHICLE. (EVEN IF THE AMMUNITION DOES NOT FIT THE
HANDGUN)
ON PUBLIC PROPERTY,A HANDGUN ON ONE'S PERSON MAY ONLY BE LOADED WITH,
OR IN PROXIMITY TO, ANY NON-LETHAL AMMUNITION. Non-lethal ammunition
is defined as: .

IN ADDITION: rounds containing a non-lethal chemical irritant found in
defensive pepper sprays;and other non-toxic defensive chemical sprays
are allowed. ADDITIONALLY,,22 and 25 cal ONLY handguns may be loaded
with birdshot rounds and carried on one's person or in a vehicle. NO
Birdshot cartridges larger than 25 caliber is allowed to be loaded in
a handgun or can be carried on one's person or in a vehicle
A FEDERAL CCW HANDGUN PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED TO ANYONE SEEKING SUCH-
AFTER COMPLETING A FEDERAL BACXKROUND CHECK AND A THOROUGH FEDERAL
TRAINING COURSE IN WHEN AND HOW TO USE A HANDGUN FOR SELF DEFENSE -
INCLUDING THE ZIMMERMAN SIMULATED ATTACK TRAINING ACTION COURSE WITH
AN UNLOADED HANDGUN- I.E. "HOW TO DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST AN UNARMED
17 YEAR OLD, RETURNING FROM A STORE WITH A CAN OF POP IN ONE HAND AND
A BAG OF CHIPS IN THE OTHER, WITHOUT BLOWING HIM AWAY TO KINGDOM
COME !"
LETHAL AMMUNITION OF ALL TYPES AND CALIBER WILL ONLY BE SOLD OVER THE
COUNTER TO THOSE SHOWING THE FEDERAL CCW PERMIT. GUN STORES WILL BE
REQUIRED TO KEEP ALL LETHAL AMMUNITION IN A LOCKED SAFE, WITH
SPECIFICATIONS OF SUCH SAFE AS PRESCRIBED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
ENFORCEMENT OF THIS INITIATIVE
Vigorous street enforcement (including the police use of compact,
portable body scanners, (with similar working principles to those used
at airports) will catch handguns loaded with lethal ammunition BEFORE
they kill an innocent person. Upon detection of a concealed handgun in
a body scan- The person being scanned need only show the police proof
of a legally obtained Federal ccw handgun permit and show that the
handgun is only loaded with non-lethal ammunition. Such person is
legally within the scope of this initiative and not subject to
arrest.

THIS INITIATIVE DOES NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE PROPERTY..
Also: long rifles and shotguns may be carried and transported in a
vehicle's trunk UNLOADED with ammunition in a separate container..
LETHAL HANDGUN AMMUNITION must be purchased and transported to home,
business, firing range, or any private property and left on such
premises with NO HANDGUN accompanying the ammunition during
transport.
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATORS
Those found in violation of this initiative , upon becoming law,will
be subject to a monetary fine and/or jail time as determined by the
Federal government. (suggested: ONE YEAR imprisonment and fine)
VIGOROUS ENFORCEMENT OF THIS INITIATIVE WILL FOREVER DEFINE AND INSURE
THE HANDGUN AS A PURELY NON-LETHAL DEFENSIVE WEAPON.
The obvious, enforced threat of being discovered with a lethal
handgun will force criminals to make one of two choices:
1.continue their criminals ways with NON-LETHAL FORCE or
2.find productive, legal employment.
