Im looking for some help to wire up 1 HB in the bridge and a single coil in the neck with 2 volumes, no tone, and a 3 way toggle. The volume for the HB will also be push pull to split the bridge pickup.

Any help would be sweet

All grounds connected together.
Hot lead from each pickup to Vol. INs.
Vol. OUTs to switch. Switch OUT to jack.

Find a wiring diagram for the humbucker to see
which wire(s) shorts to ground with your push/
pull switch.

there are lots of online resources for wiring diagrams and
custom wiring and the hardware needed (pots, capacitors, etc).

make sure to also understand 'in phase' and 'out of phase'
when wiring 2 pickups. don't just go by the wire color codes.
sometimes the red wire is the hot on one pickup and the other
pickup is green wire for the hot. (unless you want that nasally and thin
out of phase sound when both pups are on - some people like it).

while you are at it - you also might want to do another
mod where the humbucker can be switched between
parallel and series which also offers a nice difference in tones
although both will still be humbucking (you are not splitting the coils).

also keep in mind the values you might want for resistors for
the treble bleed across the volume pot(s) so when you roll off
the volume to clean up you do not lose treble or get too muddy when
rolling off the volume.

You should also think about using a 250K volume pot (or 300k) for the
neck single coil and 500k vol pot for the bridge bucker (or 1 meg pot).
I would suggest using different values for each pickup.

Also - before you dive into it -- seriously consider the
same pickup setup but a master tone and a master volume for
the 2 pots. But that's up to you. In this case I would suggest
a 500k tone pot and a 500k volume but use a .033 tone cap to
ease the treble edge for the single coil. (rather than .022)
to have a tone control that will work well for both pickups.

one last little detail - make sure the back of the pots where
you will be soldering are clean. Some pots have a very slight
oily thing over them - it is done as part of the manufacturing
to keep it rust free and repels moisture for shelf life.
That oily film will not make for good solder contact onto the pot.

There are lots of appropriate wiring diagrams available, as noted.
However, there are no standard wire colour codes between makers, so you
need to be aware that the pickups can end up out of phase in the middle
switch position. If this happens, the hot and ground wires need to be
reversed on one of the pickups.

FWIW, with that setup, I would use "P-bass" wiring, which connects the
pickups to the volume pot wipers and the volume output comes from the
hot connection of the pot. With that wiring, you can blend the two
pickups in any amount. Also, in splitting the humbucker, I select the
screw pole coil rather than the slug coil, and install the pickup with
that coil facing away from the bridge.
