Here are a couple website's with info about, and photos of, David
Gilmour's houseboat recording studio, Astoria. Looks like a lot more
fun than being sequestered in a dark and windowless studio in some
industrial urban location.

Looks like you saved yourself at least $15 by downloading. Check out
this auction offer. There's probably a studio somewhere missing their
Neve console manual? Who needs a fence when there's eBay?
