converting chords Do-RE-MI.... to A-B-C....

I've a little problem that I hope somebody can help me out. I received
a little book from my friends from Europe with several songs and
chords. I found a litle bit confusing as this chords are in the
DO-RE-MI etc...notes and I'm used with the way we do it in North
America. What is the best and fastest way to convert these. Is there
any web site? or converter or something that makes easy to find the
corrisponding Chord's name. Thank you in advance.
