I love it.
Great demo, Kirk. You really make that thing growl!
How are they price-wise?
Welcome back, by the way. I hope you continue to post here now and again.

Looks like they're running about $1K in the US, based on a quick Google
search.
I'm highly intrigued!
I've been to their Australian web site and I can't find the model that Kirk
has. I've emailed him, so hopefully I'll know what it is soon.

They're very well priced, that's what's so neat about them. You're
paying for the same workmanship/timbers etc., but you're not paying
for the name. I can't tell you exactly what mine's worth but it's
surprisingly low ... $1500?
Google Peerless Hard Tail ... you'll see it there.
Wow. Nice playing and beautiful guitar. I'm glad I don't have 335 GAS. I
tried a semi-hollow one time and sold it. Too much growl for me but you
do it justice.

Bummer, I didn't realise there was a guitar show in Brissie, and I was there
this w/e when it was on. Anyway, thanks for the unintentional heads up,
maybe next year.
Nice playing. What's the rest of the gear and tuning?
My 335 knockoff is a 1982 Westone, better made IMO than the real deal from
that time, except for the flimsy stop tailpiece and ordinary pickups. -
Which I swapped for GFS Brooklyns.

Tuning is Dropped D (DADGBE) and I'm going through a funny little Digitech RP100 I bought years ago, straight into my PC.

Thanks Kirk. I've always admired your guitar skills, and I appreciate your
interaction-style input to Usenet. <g> FWIW, that is what I guessed from
previous conversations, dropped D, RP-something.
