Large silk-screened charts are free to educators using method in class:

Dimensions: 6ft long by 16 in tall, replica of pitch chart Alphabet.
Each decal is three millimeters or 3/1000 of an inch thick. They are
coated with mylar to make
them resilient and easy to remove.

Decals use a pressure-senstive adhesive that will not harm any
instrument. Directions:

1.To place decals on the fretboard or any other surfaces, make sure
it is clean and dry.
2.Position the decals for guitar by following the enclosed color
chart.
3.Remove the decals from the main sheet by bending the portion to be
applied. This lifts them away from the
base sheet.
