Walking In The Sunshine
by Farmer's Daughter

I never knew what love could do

Somethin' that I never knew

'til you came along

You I found you just in time

You touched this heart of mine

The dark clouds have all gone

Chorus

Now I'm walkin' in the sunshine

Beneath the sky of blue

Yeah I'm walkin' in the sunshine boy

Now that I've found you

And when I see you smile at me

Your love comes shinin' through

Now I'm walkin' in the sunshine boy

Now that I've found you

Verse 2

Now, you've changed everything

I feel like I've got wings

Learnin' how to fly

High, higher than I've ever been

I'm feeling alive again

And you're the reason why

Repeat Chorus

Thanks Doug...

But I am looking for the Chords to "Walkin' In The Sunshine" by Farmers
Daughter... I miss-typed the song title...

Thanks anyway... BTW - Katrina's "Walking On Sunshine" is a neat song in
that it is one of the few American songs with a Latin (actually Dominican
Republic) "Merengue" beat...

I thought they were British.
They've competed for Britain in the Eurovision Song Contest,
(but that doesn't mean much, as Celine Dion has competed for Switzerland)

Okay - here it is.
I guess they're anything but Canadian. We always assumed they were because
of the Canadian recording, and generally hanging around in Canada.

Katrina and the Waves Biography
Alex Cooper, Vince de la Cruz, Katrina Leskanich and Kimberley Rew formed
Katrina and the Waves in 1981 in Cambridge, England.
The name Waves derives from Cooper and Rew's mid 70's band, which Rew left
to join Robyn Hitchcock's Soft Boys in 1978. Meanwhile Cooper recruited US
"airforce brats" Leskanich and de la Cruz.
Rew's return in 1981 saw in Katrina and the Waves' indie period - two
Canadian albums plus the Bangles' cover of Going down to Liverpool - leading
to the first major label record in 1985 and the evergreen summer anthem
Walking on Sunshine.
The band continued to record, including Sun Street in 1986, and tour, as
headliners and as openers for the Kinks, the Beach Boys and many others. In
1997 Katrina and the Waves won the Eurovision Song Contest for the UK with
Love Shine a Light.
In 1999 Katrina Leskanich left the group to pursue a busy career as DJ, in
stage musicals, and as a solo artist.
Kimberley Rew released three solo albums and participated in the Soft Boys
reunion 2000-2003.
