Notes and Legend

The sheet gives the tempo as 70 bpm but this seems too fast for 'Lento' (slow),
so the MIDI follows the reference video tempo of 50 bpm (quarter notes).

left hand fingering below the tab -
1 - index finger
2 - middle finger
3 - ring finger
4 - little finger
