Hello:

Can anyone out there point me in the direction of the tabbed intro for
the Beatles "With A Little Help From My Friends" off the Sgt. Pepper's
album? Or post it here? Original is in the key of E, I believe ...

Well, the tab on that site is wrong, Slowhand. Does not sound right
at all. This one's a little better, but still not right (imo):

I don't have a tabbing program, but it sounds like two guitars....
Paste in Notepad or a fixed font to line everything up.

The chords sound like...

Am7 D E G#m7 C#m B....
Bil..............ly Shears.......

Yeah.....well it wasn't that good.
I just noticed that the last bit played over the B chord
is noted on the wrong strings, so here's a correction....


I STILL don't have a tabbing program, [which is obviously causing problems]

Why not download the free Powertab program? It's crude, but it works.

There are two guitars ... I'm trying to synthesize a solo guitar
intro, and it can be done. As I said, yours is the best input I've
had so far. When I have it sorted, I'll post it here.
