OLGA Situation

Maybe I missed something, but I'm noticing that OLGA and every mirror site
I knew of are no longer operating. Is this because the Harry Fox agency
won the case or did they settle out of court or what? Are there any more
mirror sites still up, maybe outside the US?

work....the other two were taking too long to connect so I got

You guys should really consider downloading the entire OLGA archive. It takes
awhile, but you can get all of the files up to about Apr. 98- I would be lost
without it. It's 32 .tgz files, about 40MB total if you don't extract it,
190MB, 39,000 files if you do. Let me know if you can't find the archive sites
and I'll post them.

Incidentally, the ALL_FILES .tgz files in the mirror below are corrupted, as
best I can tell.

Anything I get is from an overseas mirror.

Did you ever try www.harmony-central.com ?
I guess it doesn't longer offer updates but it has the
tabs 4 times on different servers which are all quite good.

For the ones who wish to download the entire OLGA Archive try:

Most of it is still there, and not corrupted. Be quick because there's a
readme stating that the site will be closed due to legal reasons.

That site is good, but seems to be quite dated (~1996?), although I only
checked a few directories. It is however, easier to download (3 files for
the tabs). The site ftp://ftp.groovin.org/pub/olga.old/ALL_files/ is up to
date as of Apr 98, but each subdirectory is a separate download.
