Notes and Legend

Jose Antonio Carlos de Seixas was one of Portugal's most prolific composers.
He is thought to have written more than 700 works, most of which were lost
during an earthquake that destroyed much of Lisbon in 1755.

In the reference video, Rebeca Oliveira uses a capo on the 2nd fret.
The MIDI tempo of the Adagio is 30 bpm (quarter notes), of the Jiga 120 bpm,
and of the Minuet 116 bpm.

measure 6 - the last 2 notes are a part barre held with the 4th finger

measures 39,41,47 - in the sheet the grace notes are written as acciacaturas,
("squeezed in" notes) but in the Rebeca Oliveira reference
video they are played as appoggiaturas (passing notes)

Jose Antonio Carlos de Seixas was one of Portugal's most prolific composers.
He is thought to have written more than 700 works, most of which were lost
during an earthquake that destroyed much of Lisbon in 1755.

In the reference video, Rebeca Oliveira uses a capo on the 2nd fret.
In performance, for repeated sections it is common for a section first to be
played without ornaments, and on the repeat to be played with ornaments.
In the reference video, the tempo of the Adagio is 30 bpm (quarter notes),
of the Jiga 120 bpm and of the Minuet 116 bpm.

The measures with ossia/ornaments are 3-9,17,19,28,32,34,38,39,43,45,47.

measure 6 - the last 2 notes are a part barre held with the 4th finger

measure 3 - in the sheet the grace note is written as an acciacatura,
("squeezed in" note) but in the Rebeca Oliveira reference
video it is played as an appoggiatura (passing note)

2 - middle finger i - index finger (forefinger)
